Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead our talented team. As the driving force behind our engineering department, you’ll spearhead the technical vision of our no-code platform and ensure that we deliver robust, scalable, and innovative software solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management

Provide strategic technical leadership and direction, ensuring that our platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and innovative.
Lead and grow our cross-functional team of software developers, product managers, designers, and QA.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Product Development

Drive the technical design and architecture of the platform.
Ensure best practices for the product lifecycle from planning through deployment and maintenance.

Innovation and Improvement

Stay ahead of the curve, researching emerging trends and technologies in the no-code/low-code space.
Propose innovative solutions and improvements to enhance the platform.

Stakeholder Engagement

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that solve their problems.
Present engineering updates and strategic plans to executive leadership and the board.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading and scaling engineering teams, with a proven track record of driving complex, high-performance software projects.
Deep technical experience with the MERN stack or (comparable modern stack), and building large-scale web applications.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
